Online Return Policy

  • We accept returns for a refund that are postmarked within 10 calendar days from your order ship date. We accept returns for an online credit for items that are postmarked within 15 calendar days from your order ship date.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Please note we charge a $6 return label fee.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
  • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. The item must be returned with original tags still attached.
  • Home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from home decor items they are not returnable. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards, beauty products, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and sale/clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
  • Original shipping is not refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
  • Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as defects.


 In Store Pick-up Return Policy

For purchases made online and picked up in store, you have 10 days from date of purchase to exchange for a store credit. No refunds. Store credit never expires.
