Your Order Number is a five digit number, found in the subject line of the order confirmation email you received immediately after checkout. Please omit any letters or dashes from your Order Number when submitting a returns request.
You have 10 days from placing your order to request a return for a full refund to your credit card. If you would like to do an exchange or receive a store credit, you have 15 days from your order date.
Anything purchased using a discount code during a flash sale is considered a Final Sale. The same goes for any discounted items in the Sale section of our website. Lastly, there are several categories of items that you just wouldn't want resold after somebody else has taken them home. Those categories are beauty products, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights & socks.

The majority of orders will be packaged and shipped out within 1-2 business days of your order. Express Shipping orders receive priority treatment.
We understand you might've ordered an item as a gift, or for an event or special occasion, so we do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
This does happen on occasion, and 95% of the time the package was accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If you check with the neighbors and they haven't seen your package, please contact us and we will assist you with tracing your package through USPS or UPS.
